If the system detects a problem it can, for example, automatically notify customer services or trigger an automated process to resolve the problem. This means you can always rely on sound key performance indicators (KPIs) for process optimisation and this enables you to significantly increase customer satisfaction.

Actively monitor the successful operation of your eCommerce processes: set up specific events in your process to enable you to establish the optimal throughput times for shipping, returns and customer service. As soon as an operation, e.g. an order, is not executed within the desired time frame, the ROQQIO Commerce Cloud notifies you of the possible delay in processing.
