The system controls incoming invoices and provides you with clear reports. The Commerce Cloud works closely with existing procurement processes, but can also operate self-sufficiently.
The Commerce Cloud uses the Procurement module to cover the complete supply chain in terms of supply chain processes: from procurement to requirements specifications for suppliers through to the creation of your own supplier portal. For instance, the system will notify you of low stocks with an order note and automatically creates order specification and scheduling lists. Open interfaces make it easy for you to connect with multiple suppliers.

If stocks fall below the minimum level, the system will automatically reorder the goods from your specified supplier. It is also possible to automatically generate order lists. You will be presented with appropriate suggested suppliers for the items being sought. It is also possible to trigger direct reorders, or automatic orders for a specific supplier.

Integrate your suppliers directly in the ROQQIO Commerce Cloud. Create separate accounts with appropriate permissions for your suppliers. You can also offer supplier portal integration, either via a user interface or directly via EDI.
